Coasteering or Coast Steering?

Coast steering or Coasteering has been around for decades... see www.extremecoasteering.co.uk to see a brief history of the sport! Commonly misunderstood as tomb-stoning it is a safe sport when groups are under instruction from a fully qualified and competent instructor with the correct safety equipment!

What is Coasteering or Coast Steering?
Fully kitted out in a wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet, a fully qualified instructor will take you to scramble, swim, traverse, climb, jump and free fall your way to an adrenaline pumping time!

See www.extremecoasteering.co.uk for more information!

  1. Wow, I only just realised that coasteering is formed of 'coast' and 'steering'... It really is an exciting sport, I started coasteering Cornwall about a year ago and love it! Very important to have trained instructors though, especially for the first few times.
